How to Sign Up and Start Your 14-Day Free Trial
Overview: Get started with VirtusNova immediately without waiting for a sales call. This guide covers how to create your account, select a subscription plan, and activate your 14-day free trial.

- Navigate to the VirtusNova Pricing Page.
- Click on the "Start Free Trial" or "Get Started" button.
- Fill in the registration form with your name, email address, and a secure password.
- Click Sign Up or Create Account.
- Once successful, you will be automatically logged into the VirtusNova application.
Note: Creating an account does not automatically start your trial. You must complete Step 2 (selecting a plan) to unlock the features.
Step 2: Choose Your Plan & Start TrialOnce logged into the app, you will be prompted to select the plan that best fits your needs.
- Select Your Tier: Review the available plans (Basic, Premium, or Ultimate) and click Select Plan on your preferred option.
2.Enter Payment Details: Input your credit or debit card information.
-Why is this required? This ensures a seamless transition to your subscription if you choose to stay after 14 days.
-You will not be charged at this stage.
3.Confirm Activation: Review your billing details and click Start Free Trial.
Understanding Your Trial Period
Your trial is designed to give you a full experience of the platform.
- Duration: 14 days from the moment you select your plan (Step 2 above).
- Access: You have full access to all features within your selected tier.
- Trial Countdown: You can check how many days you have left by looking at the Countdown Card in the sidebar or by navigating to Membership.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you do not cancel before the 14 days are up, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the payment method on file will be charged for the plan you selected.
Managing or Canceling Your Trial
You are in full control of your subscription. You can cancel or change plans at any time during the 14 days.
If you decide VirtusNova isn't the right fit, you must cancel before the 14th day to avoid charges.
- Go to Membership → Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
3.Your trial will be cancelled immediately, and you will not be charged. You will retain access to the software until the 14-day period expires.
How to Upgrade/Downgrade
- Navigate to Membership → Plans.
- Select a different plan tier.
- The change takes effect immediately. When your trial ends, you will be charged for the new plan you selected.

You likely haven't selected a plan yet. Creating a login doesn't start the trial. Please follow the prompts in the app to select a plan (Basic, Premium, or Ultimate) to unlock the features.Ensure that your card supports online payments and that the billing address matches your bank records. Even though the trial is free, the bank performs a verification check.
