How to Delete a Brand in VirtusNova | Step-by-Step Guide for Downgrading Your Plan
When downgrading your VirtusNova subscription plan (for example, from Premium to Basic or Ultimate to Basic), you may need to delete surplus brands to match your new plan's limits. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.

1.Accessing Brand Settings
There are two ways to delete a brand:


Option 2: Navigation Menu
- Navigate to the top navigation menu
- Click on the area where you normally switch between your brands
- Click on the three dots menu next to the brand you want to delete
- Select Delete from the dropdown options

Deleting a Brand :
Once you've selected the brand to delete, follow these steps:
- Click on the three dots menu next to the brand name
- Select Delete from the options
- A confirmation dialog will appear

Before confirming the deletion, please understand that ALL data associated with this brand will be permanently deleted, including:
Content That Will Be Deleted:- Scheduled posts in your calendar
- Drafted posts that haven't been published
- Social media channel connections linked to this brand
- Uploaded media files and assets
- Audiences created for this brand
- Content ideas saved within the brand
- All other brand-specific data
- Already published posts will remain live on your social media channels

After successfully deleting your surplus brands, you'll be able to complete your VirtusNova plan downgrade process without any restrictions.
