Connecting and Disconneting LinkedIn in VirtusNova

Integrating LinkedIn with VirtusNova allows you to:

• Schedule and publish posts directly to LinkedIn

• Manage personal and company profiles in one place

• Streamline your content workflow across platforms

There are two ways to connect LinkedIn inside VirtusNova:

1. Navigate to the Homepage




2. Scroll down to the right-hand side

3. Under Social Media Channels, click the Connect button next to LinkedIn

4. Enter your LinkedIn email and password

5. Choose whether to connect your:

   • Personal Profile, or

   • Company Page

6. Click Done

✅ LinkedIn is now connected and ready to use in VirtusNova.

1. Click on your Profile Icon (top right corner)
2. Go to Social Profiles
3. In the social profiles overview, locate LinkedIn and click Connect
4. Follow the login and profile selection process as in Option 1

To disconnect LinkedIn from VirtusNova:

1. Go to your Profile Icon > Social Profiles

2. Find the LinkedIn account you'd like to remove

3. Click the three dots (⋯) next to it

4. Select Disconnect

5. Confirm the action

🚨 Important: Disconnecting LinkedIn will permanently delete any scheduled posts associated with that account from the Calendar Overview.
