We're excited to introduce new release inVirtusNova , our most media-forward update yet. It brings a fully rebuilt Media Library, smarter scheduled publishing, a cleaner signup experience, and dozens of refinements across your calendar, social connections, ideation tools, and account settings. Every part of your workflow gets a little smoother.
What's New in this release
The media library has been rebuilt from the ground up to give you full control over your files, from first upload to published post.
- Preview before you publish. View images, videos, and documents right inside the media library before adding them to a post.
- Move, rename, and batch-manage files. Organise your library with drag-and-drop into folders, batch rename actions, and clear visual feedback at every step.
- Smarter upload experience. See live upload progress in the media picker, and enjoy smoother behaviour when creating or uploading into folders.
- Search and filter improvements. Sort files by size, switch cleanly between list and folder views, and use clear tabs (e.g. All vs Folders). Your tile vs list preference is now remembered.
- Links to posts are preserved. When you move or rename a file, all links in your scheduled and published posts stay intact no broken content.
- Calmer first-time setup. Search and filters stay out of the way during initial brand setup so new users aren't overwhelmed.
- Scheduled post limits per channel now correctly follow your plan where limits apply.
- Smoother multi-select and media replacement when editing or swapping media inside the post flow.
More Reliable Scheduled Publishing
Posts that got stuck in Processing could block your entire publishing workflow. Titan fixes that.
- Automatic stuck-post recovery. VirtusNova now detects posts that have been processing too long and automatically returns them to Draft, so you can review and republish without getting blocked.
- Smarter processing timing. Processing now respects when publishing actually started, improving reliability on slower connections and with larger media files.
Clearer Signup for AppSumo & Crowdfunding Users
If you joined VirtusNova through an AppSumo deal or a crowdfunding offer, registration is now exactly what those deals require.
- Email and password only on deal signup paths. Google Sign-In is no longer shown on AppSumo or crowdfunding registration screens, so the signup flow matches how those deals are set up.
- Clearer email verification. Copy on the verify email screen has been rewritten for clarity.
- Smoother coupon redeem and compare-plans flows with clearer copy, improved focus states, and fewer steps for deal-based users.
Ideation Library & Post Creation Polish
Creating content from idea to published post is more intuitive in Titan.
- Folder breadcrumbs in the idea editor. You always know where an idea lives. Navigation for uncategorised ideas is clearer, with improved feedback when searching or moving between folders across screen sizes.
- Gallery-style add-media icon. The action to add media in the post editor now uses a clearer gallery icon so it is easier to spot and tap.
- Content-topic quiz improvements. The quiz has a clearer prompt and better layout on small screens.
- Inspiration Hub refinements. Cards and calls-to-action are tuned for accessibility and visual consistency.
Social Accounts, Brands & Audiences
- Reconnect social channels easily. A clear confirmation step guides you through reconnecting any social channel, with simplified menus and improved accessibility for disconnect options.
- Brand forms are more reliable. Required fields are clearly indicated, and forms submit more predictably.
- Audience details stay in sync. Age ranges, locations, and other audience attributes now update correctly when edited.
- Marketing flows from plan choice to checkout are smoother where enabled, including coupon and marketplace onboarding with better eligibility handling.
Account, Billing & Settings
- Full time zone list for scheduling. Business location time zone now uses a full, organised list instead of a short preset list.
- Delete account is safer and clearer. The flow is visually improved and behaves correctly after completion including keeping sign-out in sync when you have more than one browser tab open.
- Header controls no longer trigger form submissions. Tapping icons for audience, business location, or media library no longer accidentally submits a form you had open.
- Settings navigation is easier to scan, and sensitive actions use distinct button styling.
- Enterprise billing and approval improvements for customers on Enterprise plans.
Look & Feel Refinements
Dozens of small details have been cleaned up to make the app feel more polished and accessible.
- Icons and AI visuals updated for a more consistent look across both light and dark themes.
- Post preview uses the app's standard share icon for visual consistency.
- Home guide images load faster and render sharper.
- Inspiration Hub "Coming soon" labels and card layout refined.
- Quiz card accessibility improved nested controls that were awkward for assistive technologies have been fixed.
