🚀 Feature 1 Overview:
New Post Creation Options: Guided vs. Manual
We have refactored the post creation process to give you more flexibility. Previously, the "Create Post" button led to a single, strict workflow. In the Europa release, we have split this into two distinct paths: Guided Post and Manual Post.
- Workflow: Select Business Category > Select Audience > Generate Ideas from Library > Generate Caption.
- Best for: Users who want AI assistance from the very beginning of the process.
We have introduced a Manual Post option for users who already know exactly what they want to write and want to skip the initial setup steps.
How to access it:Instead of clicking the main yellow button, click the arrow icon next to it. Select Manual Post from the dropdown menu.

The Manual Workflow:
- Select Channel: If you have multiple social media channels connected, select the one you wish to post to.
- Write Content: You are taken directly to the caption editor. You can start typing your content immediately without going through the idea generation screens.
In Manual Post mode, the initial "Generate Action" button is removed to streamline the interface. However, you can still leverage AI to polish your content.

Finalizing Your Post
Regardless of whether you use Guided or Manual mode, the final steps remain consistent. You can:
- Share Now
- Schedule for later
- Save as Draft
🚀 Feature 2 Overview:Â
The 1 minute Content Quiz
This feature allows users to answer a simple 5-question quiz to instantly generate 10 tailored content ideas, which can then be saved, filtered, and turned into posts.
- Structure: The quiz consists of 5 questions.
- Format: Questions utilize multiple choice (radio buttons) for quick selection.
- Customization: There is a free text field available for every question, allowing the user to add specific context or nuance to their answers.

- Visual Review: The user is presented with the 10 generated ideas visually.
- Rating System: The user can rate ideas immediately using a Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down mechanism.
- Immediate Action: If an idea is approved (Thumbs Up), the user has the option to create a post directly from this screen within the approval flow.

Phase 3: The Ideation Library (Storage)
- Automatic Saving: All approved ideas are automatically saved into the Ideation Library.
- Tagging & Filtering:
- These ideas are distinct from standard "Generated Ideas."
- They are tagged specifically (e.g., as "Survey Ideas").
- Users can use filters within the library to view only ideas generated from the quiz.
- Workflow Flexibility: Users can choose to create posts immediately after the quiz OR browse the Ideation Library later to find these specific ideas and create posts then.

Summary of Benefits
- Bespoke Content: Ideas are not generic; they are based on specific context provided in the free text fields.
- Organized Workflow: Separation of "Survey Ideas" vs. general "Generated Ideas" makes it easy to find high-quality concepts later.
- Efficiency: Users can go from "Idea" to "Draft Post" in a single click from the approval screen.

Visualizing Your Content: Multi-MediaÂ
PreviewsOnce you have selected an idea and entered the post creator, you can use the Multi-Media Preview to see exactly how your images and videos will look on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn before you publis
- Select your Platform: Choose Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
- Open Media Picker: Click to add media. You can select multiple files at once.
- Reorder: Drag and drop files to change their order.
- Note: The first image often determines the layout shape on Facebook and LinkedIn, so place your "hero" image first.
- Automatic Preview: The preview panel on the right will instantly update to show the specific grid, carousel, or stack layout native to that platform.

2. Understanding Platform Layouts:
Each platform displays media differently. The previewer adapts to these rules automatically:
- Instagram: Displays up to 10 items (images or videos) in a Carousel. You can swipe through them in the preview.
- Facebook: Displays up to 10 items in a Dynamic Grid.
- 1 Image: Full width.
- 3+ Images: Often shows a main image with smaller ones beside it.
- 6+ Images: Shows the first 5 images with a +X overlay (e.g., +3) on the last one.
- LinkedIn: Displays up to 20 images in a Grid. Similar to Facebook, but optimized for professional document/image viewing.

3. Sharing & Downloading Previews (Screenshots):
If you need to share a draft with a colleague or client for approval, you don't need to take a manual screenshot.
- Click the "Share Preview" button in the post editor.
- Select an option:
- Copy to Clipboard: Great for pasting directly into Slack, Teams, or an email.
- Download as PNG: Saves a high-quality image of the post preview to your device.

Other Improvements & Updates:
In addition to the new features above, we have made several enhancements to improve your daily workflow, stability, and ease of use.
đź“‚ Media Library Enhancements:- Uninterrupted Uploads: You can now navigate away from the library or refresh the page without stopping your file uploads.
- Better Organization: We’ve added Duplicate Detection to flag files you’ve already uploaded and new Filters to help you find specific media faster.
- Status Visibility: A new progress indicator shows exactly how much time is left on your uploads, and we’ve improved the ability to cancel uploads in progress.
- Video Guides: New to the platform? You will now find helpful tutorial videos directly on the Home page to get you started.
- Empty Calendar Actions: If your content calendar is empty, we’ve added a quick-access link to "Create Post" so you can start filling your schedule immediately.
- Connection Help: We’ve improved the messages and process for reconnecting social channels if they become disconnected.
- Auto-Refresh: To prevent frequent disconnections, the system now automatically refreshes specific social media tokens in the background.
- Reliability: We have deployed backend updates to improve the posting reliability for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn integrations.
- Visual Polish: You will notice updated button styles and a cleaner design across the platform for better readability.
- Profile Settings: The profile management area has been reorganized to make it easier to find account settings.
- Plan Upgrades: We’ve added clearer information regarding media storage limits when changing plans (plus a little celebration animation when you upgrade!).
Bug Fixes & Stability:
We are constantly working to improve the reliability of the platform. Here are the key issues we have resolved in this update:
- Reliability: We resolved an issue where some scheduled posts were not appearing in the calendar view or failed to publish automatically at the set time.
- Status Updates: Added a clear visual indicator to show exactly when a scheduled post transitions to "Published" status.
- Accuracy: Fixed a bug where a "Success" message was displayed even if a post failed to publish. You will now get accurate feedback.
- Links: The "View Post" button now correctly redirects to your live post on all supported social platforms.
- Instagram Validation: The system now prevents you from scheduling Instagram posts without media (since Instagram requires at least one image/video), ensuring your posts don't fail later.
- Upload Stability: Fixed issues causing uploads to fail unexpectedly or struggle on certain browsers.
- Error Messages: If an upload does fail, the error message is now much clearer about what went wrong so you can fix it quickly.
- Folder Management: Resolved issues with moving subfolders and organizing files.
- Safety: The "Delete Folder" confirmation is now clearer to ensure you don't accidentally remove content you need.
- Brand Setup: Fixed issues when creating additional brands and made the "Business Location" field optional during the setup process.
- Organization: Improved the "Select Organization" dropdown for smoother switching between accounts.
